Their giggles could be heard throughout the moor. Their dark brown pelts could be seen dashing across the open plains as they chased some poor, innoccent animal. In fact... There wasn't anything about these two you couldn't recognize from a mile away. They were the most annoying, arrogant, and silly of all the Windclan cats.
Snakepaw and Spiderpaw were twins, almost identical in fact, with the exception of their eye color. Snakepaw inherited his mothers blue eyes, and Spiderpaw got the green eyes. They lived vicariously through each other and the small petty pranks they could pull on their clanmates and the patrol members of their neighboring clans. No one was free from their torture. Not that it was actually torture, just fun. Or rather, fun to them.
See, these two understand when to be mature and what they should and shouldn't say... They just choose to do it anyway and sometimes it gives those around them a good laugh, and sometimes it just stings. Their long, fluffy tails stuck straight up as they detected the scent of another enarby. ''Hello?'' Spiderpaw called, being the obvious leader of the two.

Charmcaster made her way out of the bushes of course looking.. charming as ever. "What are you two doing out here?" She relaxed her eyes and looked over the two toms. no matter if they were apprentices she would still flaunt her stuff for them and get them to fall for her. "Spiderpaw, have I ever told you how muscular you look? not to mention those beautiful green eyes you got from your parents." She padded past the toms having her fluffy tail go under spiderpaws chin and slowly move accross his side and away. She looked back to the cats and asked, "What trouble are you both going to get into today?" She sat down on the ground putting her tail across her front paws and looking at the two toms.

He shudderred as her tail swept under his face. ''Um..'' he murmured, unsure of what to say. ''You're a warrior... most of you don't bother talking to Snakepaw and me unless you're yelling.'' His brother nodded in agreement, his eyes fixed on the woman who was so skillfully entising his brother and best friend.

"Just because i'm a warrior doesnt mean there isnt a rule in this clan saying I'm not allowed to talk to my fellow clan mates is there?" she mewed in a sweet voice. "I dont yell cutie pie. I cant get my voice louder then this. I really find no need into doing so. What on earth can you possible think I would yell about my sweet?" She raised her eyebrow and looked at the two toms.

Spiderpaw ducked away. He was beginning to grow uncomfortable with where this was going. ''We play to loud, we yell, we mess something up...'' Snakepaw listed in a whiny voice. Sometimes both of them felt like joking was the only route to take, seeing as the clan wouldn't give them the smallest glimmer of a chance.

"Oh you poor babies.." she mewed in a soft voice looking at both of them. "I'll give you both a chance. how about that? Let me into your world and I'll let you into mine. Show me what you can do." She then got up and padded towards the two toms and mewed, "Thats all we want in this clan is a chance to prove ourselves." Charmcaster let her eyes soften with the two toms and gave a little smile. "your only apprentices my loves. your still allowed to have fun. As am I to also.." she whispered.

Spiderpaw thought over her offer very carefully. "Maybe you could be my mentor?" he asked. To him that seemed the best way for both of them to enter into each other's world. But then, Snakepaw still needed a mentor... Maybe Twigsnap would mentor him.

Charmcaster lifted her head a bit and mewed, "See? your already getting good ideas! And the clan wont give you both a change.. thats terrible." She got up and walked near the apprentices and looked down at them with gentle eyes and mewed, "I would love to take you on as my apprentice Spiderpaw. We would make such.. a wonderful pair together I can teach you so much.."
