  The story as to why Adderfrost keeps to himself is more legend than fact. He never told anyone the real reason and he never intends to. Seclusion, meaning to keep to yourself, is one of many words that the clan uses to describe their healer. He is not fond of small talk, or talk at all. Disliking hunting, talking, and other creatures all together, it isn't a surprise that the clan speaks only negative rumors about him.
  
  reserved.
  Adderfrost never speaks unless it is absolutely necessary. He tries to avoid conflict by keeping his opinion to himself because while he is shy, he is also arrogant and thinks himself to always be correct... Usually he is because he takes the time to think through every little thing he says. Sometimes trying to talk to him can be annoying because there is such a time lapse in the conversation while he thinks.
  
  cautious.
  He takes his time to examine the whole situation before he forms an opinion. Adderfrost has been hurt and been wrong too many times to just rush to any conclusion or rush any action. Unlike most males, he doesn't speak his mind. Instead he will keep his opinion silent until such a time as it is absolutely necessary for it to be shared.
  
  wise.
  He is wide beyond his years. Starclan has aged his mind well and he has a close relationship with his warrior ancestors. He enjoys learning and it is his favorite pass time and it makes it easier for him to block out his unwanted memories and thoughts.

  white fur.
  Adderfrost is named for his snowy white fur. It resembles the frost on the trees in the morning. Most of his clan claims it also reflects the color of his soul. I can't describe much about it. He has no socks, no rare or unique colorings he is simply white. His fur is long but not fluffy. It clings to his body as if wet, and it always looks well groomed and clean.
  
  small stature.
  Adderfrost is very short. His legs bring him barely above average apprentice height. His height, however, doesn't seem to bother him or the rest of the clan. He has a personality that makes him seem taller and act bigger.
  
  dark hazel eyes.
  Adderfrost has greenish blue eyes that are tinted a shade of dark grey. They are menacing and if you don't know him, it could give you the wrong first impression.(as if his personality wasn't enough.) Eyes, he says, tell a creature's story and his most certainly tell his. They are deep and thoughtful, cautious but not cowardly, and lastly... They are gentle, a trait not expected from such a jaded boy.

  As a kit Adderkit was very loud and playful. He always played with the other kits, they practiced warrior skills and chasing badgers, they stared at clouds and planned their warrior hood. One day his brother, Snowkit, was taken by a hawk. Since then Adder has always been a bit more cautious.
  
  apprenticeship.
  Adderfrost started out as a warrior apprentice. He, like all the others, dreamed of being a famous warrior. He later, of course, realized this wasn't his true path. As an apprentice Adderfrost had a love. Her name was Leapingpaw, she was the prettiest of all apprentices and she loved him for his gentle nature and his caution. She, unlike him however, jumped headfirst into everything. She never thought before she acted. Leapingpaw died in Adderfrost's presence and his inability to help her encouraged him to be a medicine cat and made him the shy, hard hearted guy he is today.
  
  medicine cat.
  Adderfrost has been a medicine cat for only a few moons. He has served his clan well up to this point and I am sure he will serve many more moons. Maybe even someday he will join the ranks of the great medicine cats.
